In addition to Sheikh Dr. Sultan, several other prominent members of the Sharjah royal family have also conveyed their condolences. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, along with Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, another Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, have each sent similar messages to King Salman.
