Scheduled to commence operations in June, the farm aims to house 1,250 cows initially, with plans to import an additional 1,250 cows this year, ultimately reaching a total of 5,000 cows within three years, instead of the initially projected five-year timeline.
One distinguishing aspect of this project is its commitment to natural breeding and animal welfare. The cows will not undergo medical insemination or receive any treatments, medications, or growth enhancers. They will be fed a complete and healthy diet to maintain their well-being.

Moreover, the farm is designed to prioritize the production of clean milk rich in A2A2 protein, renowned for its health benefits. Each cow will wear a collar equipped with advanced sensors to monitor various aspects of their health, nutrition, emotions, and movements. Data collected will be transmitted to a centralized data center for analysis.
The farm's infrastructure includes five spacious barns, each half a kilometer long, equipped with amenities such as water sprinklers and fans to ensure the comfort of the cows. An autonomous robot will facilitate efficient feeding, contributing to streamlined operations.
After milking, the milk will be carefully packaged in recyclable dark paper cartons to preserve its quality by shielding it from light and air exposure. This innovative packaging approach aims to enhance the longevity and freshness of the milk.
The inauguration of the first phase of the Mleiha Dairy Farm marks a significant milestone in the region's agricultural landscape. This project aligns with a comprehensive plan to develop food production infrastructure in the Mleiha area, which includes cow-breeding and poultry projects. The introduction of a poultry farm, focusing on original lineage, slow-growing poultry without growth accelerators, further underscores the commitment to sustainable and ethical food production practices.
