His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has stressed that healthcare is one of the most important needs of every person. He also pointed out that new ideas and modern technology can help make healthcare better, faster, and more accessible for everyone.
Sheikh Mohammed made these remarks while visiting Arab Health 2025, the largest healthcare event in the Middle East, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This year marks the event’s 50th edition, bringing together over 3,800 exhibitors from around the world. The exhibition is a platform where experts and companies showcase new medical technologies and innovations that aim to improve healthcare systems.
Dubai as a Healthcare Innovation Hub
During his visit, Sheikh Mohammed highlighted that Dubai has become a global hub for new ideas in healthcare. He said that the city provides a space for talented professionals and companies to work together in finding long-term solutions for the health challenges faced by communities worldwide.
Sheikh Mohammed also stated that the UAE strongly supports medical research and advanced solutions that can help create a better and healthier world. Touring the Exhibition
During his tour of Arab Health 2025, Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai. He visited various international medical companies, including Siemens, Philips, and GE Healthcare, where experts presented the latest medical tools and healthcare advancements.
