Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, the Health Minister of Egypt, had a meeting with Bart De Groof, the Belgian Ambassador to Egypt. They talked about how Egypt and Belgium can work together to improve healthcare. This meeting was held at the Ministry of Health in Egypt's New Administrative Capital. They discussed how they could help each other in the future.

Abdel Ghaffar thanked Belgium for helping Egypt, especially with medical care for injured Palestinians.
Both sides agreed to share knowledge. Belgian doctors will visit Egypt, and Egyptian doctors will go to Belgium to learn more. Abdel Ghaffar also invited Belgian experts to visit Egypt’s hospitals and medicine factories to see how Egypt works.
The meeting also discussed helping with radiology and burn care. It also showed how Egypt is helping Palestinians who are injured.
Ambassador De Groof thanked Abdel Ghaffar for his help and for developing Egypt's healthcare system. He also invited Abdel Ghaffar to visit hospitals in Belgium.
