GCA Wraps Up Successful Participation at LEAP25 Technology Event

The General Court of Audit (GCA) has finished taking part in LEAP25, the world’s biggest technology event. This event happened in Malham, Riyadh, from February 9 to 12. Many experts, leaders, and technology specialists came together to talk about new ideas in digital systems and artificial intelligence.

During the event, GCA’s President, Dr. Hussam Alangari, gave a speech and shared the organization’s digital plan for 2025–2027. This plan will help bring new ideas, make audits better, and improve digital work in public offices. GCA also had a special booth where visitors could see its latest digital projects, including how it uses modern technology and AI to make auditing faster and more effective.

Many people visited the GCA booth, including government officials and industry experts. They learned about GCA’s digital efforts and the new digital plan. This plan aims to give better services to people, make sure digital rules are followed, and create better digital tools for auditing.

One of the main highlights was the upgraded digital audit system called Shamel 2.0. This system helps auditors with every step of the audit, from planning to final reports. It is designed to make work easier by using modern technology. The new system is expected to make auditing faster and more clear.

At the booth, visitors also got to see Aref, a smart digital assistant made to help audit teams. Aref gives quick answers, suggests solutions, and provides useful knowledge to make auditing better. This new tool is expected to help auditors do their work more smoothly.

GCA also introduced a new mobile app for Shamel 2.0. This app allows people to check their audit progress and reports easily. It also gives auditors smart tools to improve their work and meet all audit needs.

GCA’s participation in LEAP25 showed its strong focus on using technology for better auditing. By using modern digital tools, GCA is working to improve financial checks and keep public money safe.
