With this new plan, companies can now add real estate to their business legally without any confusion. The goal is to make property buying safe, clear, and easy to understand. This will also help bring more investments into Dubai and Ajman’s real estate markets.

The agreement was signed by Marwan bin Ghalita, who leads the Dubai Land Department, and Ismail Al Naqi, who is in charge of the Ajman Free Zones Authority. Many important people from both sides were there to show their support for this big step.

This plan is part of the UAE’s efforts to grow its economy, bring in more businesses from other countries, and improve teamwork between government offices. By making property registration simple and fair, this partnership will help Dubai and Ajman become even better places for business and investment.
