1. No Refund Policy (General Rule)
All payments made to Markazia Solutions LLC, including its brands, business units, and platforms (including but not limited to DXB News Network PE), are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible, except where expressly required under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates or as specifically stated in this policy.
Once a payment is successfully processed, no refund, cancellation, or reversal will be issued.
2. Exceptionally Limited Circumstances (Review Only)
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, without any obligation to approve, only in rare and extreme life-threatening situations, including:
- Verified death of the customer
- Permanent disability of the customer
- Severe natural disasters (such as war, earthquake, or flood) directly affecting the customer
- Government restriction or court order that renders service delivery legally impossible
All such requests must be supported by official, valid, and verifiable documentation.
Important Notice:
Even in the above circumstances:
- Refund approval is not guaranteed
- Any review or decision shall be made solely at the discretion of Markazia Solutions LLC
- Decisions shall be final and binding to the maximum extent permitted under applicable UAE law
3. No Refund in the Following Situations
Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to, the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with service outcomes or expectations
- Delays caused by the customer
- Lack of response, cooperation, or required inputs from the customer
- Misunderstanding of service scope, deliverables, or terms
- Financial difficulties or budget constraints
- Issues arising from third-party platforms or services (including Google, Meta, YouTube, hosting providers, or payment gateways)
- Failure to achieve expected or perceived results (including views, reach, revenue, rankings, leads, sales, or engagement)
- Partial usage or non-usage of services
- Trial usage followed by cancellation
- Any refund request not supported by this policy
4. Digital, Media & Online Services
All digital services, media services, news publishing, advertising, public relations, promotions, branding, content creation, video production, graphic design, software, SaaS solutions, APIs, subscriptions, consulting, training, and online services are strictly non-refundable, whether delivered fully or partially.
5. Subscriptions & Packages
- All subscription and package fees are non-refundable
- Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the customer to any refund for unused or remaining periods
- Customers are solely responsible for managing auto-renewal settings prior to renewal
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through a bank, card issuer, or payment service provider:
- All related services may be suspended or terminated immediately
- Markazia Solutions LLC reserves the right to respond, contest, or take appropriate legal action as permitted by law
- The customer may be restricted from accessing current and future services
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
8. Policy Modification
Markazia Solutions LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the relevant platform or website.
9. Acceptance of Policy
By completing a payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they have:
- Read this Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Understood its terms
- Accepted and agreed to be legally bound by it
Final Statement
No Refund means No Refund, except where required by applicable UAE law or expressly stated in this policy. Any exception shall be limited, reviewed carefully, and not guaranteed.
