Wasl, Dubai’s leading real estate development and management company, has announced the launch of the One B Tower, a new luxury high-rise located on Sheikh Zayed Road. This iconic project is set to offer residents stunning views of the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay.
The sale of residential units for One B Tower is scheduled to take place on May 28th and 29th, generating significant anticipation in the market. Strategically positioned on Sheikh Zayed Road, this 48-storey tower is projected to be completed by the second quarter of 2028. The development aims to harmonize luxurious modern living with the natural beauty of its surroundings.

One B Tower will feature a range of living spaces, including one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments, two-, three-, and four-bedroom duplexes, and a lavish penthouse. These diverse options are designed to cater to a variety of preferences and lifestyles, ensuring that residents can find their ideal home within this prestigious development.
The initial plans for One B Tower were unveiled in March to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. This project is also part of the “One Billion Meals Endowment” initiative, reflecting Wasl’s commitment to social responsibility alongside its ambition for architectural excellence.
Mohamed Al Bahar, Head of Business Management at Wasl, expressed his excitement about the project, stating, “The One B Tower is an incredible addition to Dubai’s portfolio of luxurious and iconic landmarks. Dubai’s real estate sector is a shining example of innovation and ambition, and this project reflects the market’s demand for high-end projects.”
