Wasl Launches Iconic One B Tower Project on Sheikh Zayed Road

Wasl, Dubai’s leading real estate development and management company, has announced the launch of the One B Tower, a new luxury high-rise located on Sheikh Zayed Road. This iconic project is set to offer residents stunning views of the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay.

The sale of residential units for One B Tower is scheduled to take place on May 28th and 29th, generating significant anticipation in the market. Strategically positioned on Sheikh Zayed Road, this 48-storey tower is projected to be completed by the second quarter of 2028. The initial plans for One B Tower were unveiled in March to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. This project is also part of the “One Billion Meals Endowment” initiative, reflecting Wasl’s commitment to social responsibility alongside its ambition for architectural excellence.
