Meraas Wins Bvlgari Lighthouse Construction Contract for Dh850 Million

Dutco Construction Co LLC has been awarded an Dh850 million contract by Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate Company, to build the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island. With the marine work on this section of Jumeira Bay Island now completed, construction of the 27-story luxury residential tower is set to commence soon, as announced by Meraas on Monday.

This major contract follows Nakheel’s awarding of a Dh810 million marine works contract to Jan De Nul Dredging for Palm Jebel Ali, marking two of the largest construction contracts granted this year.

The Bvlgari Lighthouse, designed by the esteemed architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, is anticipated to be completed by the second quarter of 2027. This project represents the third collaboration between Bvlgari and Meraas.

The Bvlgari Lighthouse will feature luxury penthouses with four and five bedrooms. The tower will also include a distinctive eight-bedroom Sky Villa situated above the top three floors. This exclusive residence will boast expansive private rooftop gardens, outdoor living areas, a private pool, and stylish lounge spaces flanking either side of the structure.
