Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd, a global aviation services leader, has completed the delivery of 10 Boeing 737-9 aircraft to United Airlines under a sale-and-leaseback agreement, marking a significant milestone for both companies.
The deal, finalized in just six months from document execution to full delivery, demonstrates the speed and efficiency with which DAE executes complex aviation transactions. The airline now adds 10 highly fuel-efficient and technologically advanced aircraft to its growing fleet, supporting both operational expansion and sustainability goals.
The Boeing 737-9, part of the 737 MAX family, is celebrated for its next-generation design, lower fuel consumption, and reduced carbon emissions. For United Airlines, these aircraft not only strengthen its domestic and international route capacity but also align with industry-wide efforts to modernize fleets and reduce environmental impact.
DAE currently owns and manages 236 Boeing aircraft globally, including 119 from the 737 MAX family, reflecting its robust portfolio and commitment to supporting airline partners worldwide. The company continues to leverage its expertise in aircraft leasing, sales, and management to facilitate strategic fleet growth for major airlines.
This delivery highlights the collaborative efforts between DAE and United Airlines, underscoring their ability to execute complex transactions seamlessly while meeting tight timelines—a reflection of the evolving dynamics in the global aviation leasing sector.
