The UAE has taken a major step forward in modernizing its delivery and logistics services with the launch of NXN, a new national logistics network designed to serve everyone from individuals to businesses and e-commerce platforms. The launch coincided with a major global postal event held in Dubai, showcasing the UAE’s ambition to become a global hub for trade, logistics, and innovation.
NXN is being introduced by 7X, a leading trade, transport, and logistics holding group, in collaboration with a global postal authority. It combines both physical and digital infrastructure to provide a seamless, unified experience for sending, receiving, storing, and managing parcels.
This new network reflects the UAE government’s broader vision of digital transformation and efficiency. Initiatives like “We the UAE 2031” and the “Zero Bureaucracy” program emphasize simplifying processes, making services accessible, and creating a smoother experience for businesses and residents. NXN aligns perfectly with these goals, offering smart, reliable, and fast logistics solutions.
Launch Details and Infrastructure
NXN officially opened its first branch in Dubai, attended by top officials including the Chairman and CEO of 7X, Abdulaziz Alhammadi (General Manager of NXN), and representatives from strategic partner organizations. Over time, the network will expand to include more than 87 branches, over 1,000 pick-up and drop-off points, and smart lockers distributed across the country. Customers will have options for same-day or next-day delivery and can choose to pick up parcels from any branch or smart locker conveniently.
Supporting Businesses and E-commerce
NXN is not just for individual users; it is designed to support businesses, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and e-commerce companies. The network provides dark-store services, fulfillment solutions, and storage facilities, which help online sellers manage their shipments efficiently and reach customers faster.
The operations are powered by Waslah, a digital logistics platform aggregator owned by 7X. It is fully integrated with WAYN, the UAE’s digital mailbox system, ensuring correct addressing, secure deliveries, and seamless management of parcels. This integration allows businesses and individuals to track shipments easily and experience reliable service.

Four Pillars of NXN
NXN operates on four interconnected pillars, each designed to meet different needs of the UAE market:
Send: Provides a wide network for local and global shipping, making it easy for people and businesses to send parcels anywhere.
Receive: Offers flexible pick-up and delivery options including smart lockers, home delivery, mailbox services, and hassle-free returns management.
Store: Includes storage solutions through smart lockers, dark stores, and specialized fulfillment centers to support e-commerce and SMEs.
Enable: Focuses on empowering SMEs, giving small businesses access to logistics capabilities that were previously only available to larger enterprises.
CEO Statement and Vision
Tariq Al Wahedi, CEO of 7X, said NXN is “more than a logistics network; it is a unified ecosystem that brings together local and international service providers in one place. It reduces costs, makes services accessible, and strengthens the UAE’s position as a global logistics hub.”
The network leverages collaborations with major logistics providers like DHL, Aramex, and FedEx, along with 7X’s own subsidiaries. This allows both customers and providers to benefit: customers get access to advanced services at every NXN location, while logistics companies can expand their reach, reduce costs, and improve service efficiency.
Empowering Digital Transformation
According to Abdulaziz Alhammadi, General Manager of NXN, the platform translates the UAE’s vision of digital transformation and zero bureaucracy into practical, real-world solutions. NXN ensures that individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses can engage in global trade easily from within the UAE.
The network also supports smart infrastructure development in the UAE. By integrating physical branches with digital services, NXN simplifies the logistics experience while providing tools for e-commerce growth, business efficiency, and reliable delivery management.
Impact on UAE’s Logistics and Trade
NXN is expected to redefine standards in the logistics sector, offering simplicity, reliability, and innovation. With this launch, the UAE strengthens its position as a global trade and logistics hub, attracting international partners and investors, and promoting sustainable business models for logistics.
For the people and businesses of the UAE, NXN means:
NXN represents a major leap forward in the UAE’s logistics and delivery ecosystem. It offers innovative solutions for individuals, businesses, and e-commerce, while reinforcing the UAE’s vision of a smart, digitally transformed, and globally competitive economy.
