The UAE and Singapore recently marked a historic milestone, celebrating 40 years of diplomatic relations with a memorable Book Handover Ceremony and Photograph Exhibition at the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy. The event, organized by the National Library and Archives (NLA) in partnership with the Singapore Embassy, highlighted the enduring partnership between the two nations.
Distinguished diplomats, scholars, and dignitaries gathered to witness the presentation of a curated collection of books from Singapore to the NLA, symbolizing the deep exchange of knowledge and ideas between the two countries. Alongside the handover, a photographic exhibition showcased key moments in UAE-Singapore relations since 1985, capturing milestones in political, economic, and cultural cooperation.
