ABU DHABI, 15th September, 2025 – His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, has issued Federal Decree No. (116) of 2025 restructuring the Board of Trustees of Erth Zayed Philanthropies. The newly formed board is chaired by H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Martyrs’ Families Affairs, Chairman of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Erth Zayed Philanthropies.
The restructuring of the board reflects the UAE leadership’s continuous commitment to strengthening philanthropy, humanitarian efforts, and social development initiatives across the nation and internationally.
