Netra Mantena’s opulent wedding festivities in Udaipur have taken the internet by storm, captivating audiences with star-studded performances and extravagant displays. The celebration featured a live act from global icon Jennifer Lopez, alongside vibrant Bollywood music, and even a surprise cameo by Donald Trump Jr. However, a key highlight that's now trending is the exquisite necklace worn by the bride.

Following the circulation of close-up clips showcasing Netra’s bridal ensemble, viewers couldn't help but notice striking similarities between her diamond necklace and Isha Ambani’s renowned wedding jewels. This sparked an array of discussions, jokes, and speculations online, with some questioning if Netra borrowed Isha's iconic pieces for her own celebrations.

Jewellery expert Priyanshu Goel fanned the flames of this viral issue by sharing his analysis, highlighting that the similarities in design, stone arrangement, and proportions were reminiscent of Isha's famous layered haar and choker. His insights quickly gained traction, prompting many to share comparative images and zoomed-in snippets.

Public reactions have been diverse. While some users critiqued the choice of a similar design by a bride hailing from wealth, others came to Netra's defense, asserting that despite the likeness, they are distinct creations. Notably, many pointed out that Isha's necklace features a yellow-gold tone, whereas Netra’s appears to be made of white gold or platinum, a detail visible upon closer inspection.

Additional comments highlighted that the Ambani family is known for keeping their heirloom pieces exclusive. Isha Ambani regularly wears her bridal diamond set at various events, and her mother, Nita Ambani, has been spotted in them as well, suggesting it's improbable that Netra accessed the original jewels.

Experts in the jewellery industry noted that similarities among luxury bridal pieces are prevalent. Renowned diamond ateliers often employ similar design aesthetics, which may cause different designs to appear interconnected even if they originate from different creators. While Netra’s necklace embodies the grandeur associated with the Ambani style—characterized by lavish diamonds and refined symmetry—it is likely that such correlations stem from shared fashion trends rather than any direct relation.

As it stands, neither Netra’s family nor their designers have confirmed whether her necklace was tailored specifically, inspired by the Ambani lineage, or crafted by a similar jewellery house. Meanwhile, social media continues to buzz with comparisons and analyses of every detail from her bridal videos.
