Tariq Nazzal Appointed CEO of Royal Development Holding

Emirates Stallions Group (ADX: ESG) has officially announced the appointment of Tariq Nazzal as Chief Executive Officer of Royal Development Holding, its dedicated real estate development arm. The appointment formalizes Nazzal’s leadership role following his successful tenure as General Manager, during which he oversaw the delivery and management of more than 60 development projects across the UAE and international markets.

Nazzal played a key role in establishing Royal Development Holding, transforming it from a development management-focused entity into a fully integrated real estate development company. Under his leadership, the Holding expanded its operational model to directly manage development, delivery, and strategic partnerships with leading global hospitality brands. This approach has resulted in the launch of several landmark branded residential projects, including Mallside Residence – Curio Collection by Hilton, Seamont Autograph Collection Residences, and Radisson Residences on Al Reem Island.

The company has also strengthened its international footprint, highlighted by the successful handover of Albizia Bay, a resort-style residential community on Mahé Island in Seychelles, alongside other regional and global real estate initiatives.

Commenting on the appointment, Kayed Ali Khorma, Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Stallions Group, stated that Nazzal has been instrumental in shaping Royal Development Holding’s transformation and expansion strategy.
