His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, and Chairman of the Dubai Judicial Council, has approved the Dubai Judicial Inspection Authority's strategic plan for 2024-2026. This plan is designed to ensure fairness, high-quality services, and strong standards in the judicial system. It aims to balance judicial independence with accountability and make sure the courts are fair and work properly.
During a meeting with the Dubai Judicial Council, His Highness Sheikh Maktoum discussed the details of the new strategic plan. The plan focuses on improving how judicial inspections are carried out and keeping the system efficient. It has four goals, 11 smaller objectives, and 27 measures to monitor its progress. These goals align with Dubai’s vision of becoming a global leader in judicial services. The plan is based on important values such as honesty, teamwork, innovation, and transparency, ensuring that the courts perform their duties effectively.

Aiming for Leadership
Sheikh Maktoum said the plan aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. This vision aims to make Dubai the leader in providing fast, fair, and high-quality judicial services. The plan supports Dubai's ambition to grow and strengthen its position globally by ensuring justice is delivered quickly and fairly to all.
Sheikh Maktoum said, “This strategic plan is a strong step toward improving Dubai’s judicial system. It shows our promise to make the courts better and faster while keeping justice fair for everyone. By following international standards, we ensure that Dubai’s judicial system becomes a global example of fairness and efficiency.”
He added that the plan also aims to enhance services, create a transparent system, and make sure that the laws are followed correctly. It supports Dubai’s wider goals of achieving development and building a competitive and forward-looking system.
Strategic Goals
His Excellency Mohammed Mubarak Al Sabousi, Chief of the Judicial Inspection Authority, explained the main goals of the strategic plan. The plan has been created to meet the needs of Dubai’s future growth and ensure the smooth running of the judicial system.
