Strategic Goals

His Excellency Mohammed Mubarak Al Sabousi, Chief of the Judicial Inspection Authority, explained the main goals of the strategic plan. The plan has been created to meet the needs of Dubai’s future growth and ensure the smooth running of the judicial system.

The plan focuses on four main goals:

  1. Improving the process of judicial inspections to ensure judges perform their duties well.
  2. Bringing in digital tools and systems to make work faster and smarter.
  3. Encouraging new ideas and innovation to improve performance.
  4. Helping create better and clearer laws to support the legal system.

In addition to these goals, the plan has 11 smaller objectives. These include creating clear rules for judicial inspections, handling complaints about judges, and improving the use of technology to make work easier and more efficient.

Measuring Success

To ensure the plan works as intended, 27 performance measures have been introduced. These will track the progress and success of the plan, ensuring that the goals are met. The Judicial Inspection Authority will also conduct studies and research to help improve and update laws when necessary.

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum praised the efforts of the teams who worked on the strategic plan. He acknowledged their hard work and dedication, which will help Dubai achieve its goal of having the best judicial system in the world. Sheikh Maktoum said this plan is another step toward ensuring fairness, transparency, and excellence in Dubai’s courts. It reflects Dubai’s commitment to justice and its aim to set an example for the world in providing fair and effective judicial services.
