Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah is set to welcome a new wave of luxury living as Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, commissions Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast to construct 38 Crown Garden Villas in a deal worth AED 400 million. These villas promise to redefine waterfront elegance on the world-famous man-made island.
Perched at the tip of the Palm’s fronds, the Crown Garden Villas will feature sweeping views of Dubai’s skyline and the island’s signature landmarks. With five- and six-bedroom layouts spread across three unique architectural styles, the villas combine contemporary design with spacious, light-filled interiors. Floor-to-ceiling windows, open-plan layouts, green courtyards, and cantilevered structures are designed to blur the line between indoor and outdoor living.
Spanning between 7,316 and 8,322 square feet, the residences emphasize high-quality materials and thoughtful design, while offering resort-style amenities. Private beach access, landscaped gardens, expansive terraces, and rooftop lounges provide residents with a serene waterfront lifestyle.
The development also integrates community-focused spaces, including a clubhouse for dining, wellness, and social gatherings, along with two lush parks that enhance Palm Crown’s network of green spaces. This approach reflects a broader vision of creating connected, vibrant communities across Dubai, blending luxury with accessibility to nature and leisure.
As Palm Jumeirah continues to evolve as a symbol of Dubai’s global stature, the Crown Garden Villas are poised to become a defining addition, combining architectural sophistication with modern, resort-inspired living.
