Hill House Interiors was shortlisted at the CID Awards MENA 2025 for Interior Design of the Year – Residential for its masterful work on an exclusive apartment inside Atlantis The Royal Residences, one of Dubai’s most iconic addresses.

Adding to its accolades, the studio earned two prestigious titles at the International Property Awards:

• 5-Star Award for Best Residential Interior Apartment, Dubai, for the Atlantis The Royal Residences project.

• Best Retail Interior Award, Dubai, for the stunning Sunseeker Gulf Sales Showroom — a space that captures the luxury lifestyle and nautical sophistication synonymous with the brand.

Further cementing its reputation, Hill House Interiors is also nominated for the Best in Arabia Award, with the results to be announced early next year.
