His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has made an important decision regarding education and training in the UAE. He has issued a resolution to reconstitute the Board of Trustees for the Institute of Applied Technology. This change aims to strengthen the institution’s leadership and ensure that it continues to provide high-quality education and training for students.
The newly appointed Board will be led by His Excellency Dr. Mubarak Saeed Al Shamsi, who will serve as the Chairman. Supporting him in this role is His Excellency Homaid Abdulla Al Shimmari, who has been named Vice-Chairman. They will work together to guide the institute in achieving its goals and improving the overall learning experience for students.

Each of these individuals brings valuable experience and expertise, which will help in the growth and development of the institute.
Additionally, this resolution gives the Board of Trustees the responsibility to oversee the operations of the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute. This means they will ensure that students receive practical and useful education that prepares them for future careers.
With this new leadership, both institutions are expected to continue providing excellent education and training opportunities, helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in various fields. This step reflects the UAE’s commitment to advancing education and preparing future generations for a bright future.
