Arsenal has said that their forward, Kai Havertz, got a hamstring injury while training in Dubai last week. The club gave a statement on Thursday, saying doctors checked his injury and decided that he needs surgery. The operation will happen in the next few days.

After the surgery, Havertz will start his healing and exercise plan to get better. His recovery will take a long time, and he will not be able to play for the rest of the season. He is expected to return only when the team starts training for the next season.
Havertz, who is 25 years old, has been very important for Arsenal this season. He has scored 15 goals in all competitions, making him the team’s top goal scorer. He also helped his teammates by giving five assists in 34 matches. Losing him is a big problem for Arsenal because many other forwards in the team are already injured.
Gabriel Jesus is out because of a serious knee injury. Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli also have hamstring problems and cannot play. Now, with Havertz also missing, Arsenal has fewer attacking players as they try to finish the season strongly.
Arsenal is currently in second place in the Premier League table, but they are seven points behind leaders Liverpool. With so many injured players, the team will need to work very hard in their remaining matches to keep their hopes of winning the title alive.
