Abu Dhabi, UAE – 5 January 2026 — As women across the UAE enter the new year with a renewed desire for clarity, balance and meaningful progress, FIVE by Sisterhood is introducing a thoughtfully curated series of January experiences designed to support intentional growth, wellbeing and genuine connection.
Moving away from hustle-driven resolutions, the January programme reflects a growing shift toward sustainable success rooted in community, structure and self-leadership. Through leadership development, purposeful networking and restorative wellness, FIVE by Sisterhood is creating spaces where women can reset, refocus and step into the year ahead with confidence.
The month begins on Wednesday, 7 January, with the launch of the Action Accelerator Circle (AAC) — a new 90-day leadership mastermind and the third tier of the Sisterhood Collective membership. Open to women across the region, AAC is designed for experienced professionals, leaders and founders who are ambitious and capable, yet feeling stretched, overloaded or stuck in constant execution mode.
Unlike traditional courses, the Action Accelerator Circle is a high-accountability mastermind focused on real-world leadership challenges. Over 90 days, participants move through a structured reset and clarity process, followed by fortnightly sessions centred on strategic decision-making, delegation, systems, leadership growth and sustained momentum. The programme includes live problem-solving, a dedicated hot-seat session and an expert-led workshop shaped around the group’s evolving needs.
AAC is designed for women ready to step out of doing everything themselves and into clearer, more empowered leadership. By the end of the programme, participants typically walk away with sharper priorities, stronger confidence, reduced decision fatigue and tangible progress in their businesses or professional roles — creating growth that offers more freedom, not less.
Continuing the January lineup, Ignite in Five, a women’s speed networking event, will take place on Tuesday, 13 January, at The Lighthouse, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Designed to prioritise meaningful connection over transactional exchanges, Ignite in Five brings women together for fast-paced, five-minute conversations — each with the potential to spark collaboration, opportunity or lasting friendships.
Running from 6:45pm to 8:45pm, the evening includes a welcome drink, curated giveaways and a small gift for each attendee. With limited seats available, Ignite in Five offers a high-energy yet intentional way to expand networks and start the year connected. Tickets are priced at AED 120.
Rounding out the January reset, FIVE by Sisterhood will host a wellness-focused evening on Thursday, 23 January, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, at FS8, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. Priced at AED 175, the session combines Pilates and sound healing, offering women an opportunity to reconnect with their bodies and calm their nervous systems after the intensity of the festive season.
FS8’s signature method blends Pilates, tone and yoga into a full-body experience designed to both energise and restore, creating space for physical release and mental clarity.
Together, these January initiatives reflect FIVE by Sisterhood’s wider mission: to create intentional spaces where women can grow, connect and lead with clarity, supported by community, structure and honest conversations.
