Emirates, the world’s largest international airline and a long-time supporter of global tennis, has unveiled a striking new Airbus A380 livery to celebrate its sponsorship of all four Grand Slam tennis tournaments.
The airline proudly sponsors the Australian Open, Roland-Garros, The Championships Wimbledon, and the US Open, making it one of the few brands globally associated with every Grand Slam event.
The newly revealed livery features tennis-inspired artwork, with each Grand Slam logo displayed inside a tennis ball design. The colours reflect the unique identity of each tournament — the Australian Open’s summer blue, Roland-Garros’ red clay tone, Wimbledon’s classic green and purple, and the US Open’s bold yellow and blue palette.
Emirates’ special Grand Slam A380 will operate on international routes, including destinations such as Houston and São Paulo, allowing passengers and aviation enthusiasts worldwide to experience the unique design. The livery represents the core values of tennis, including sportsmanship, discipline, and resilience.
The aircraft will remain part of Emirates’ fleet for the coming years. Its first flight featuring the new design landed in Melbourne, Australia, marking the beginning of the 2026 Australian Open — the first Grand Slam of the year.
Emirates’ Global Sports Partnerships
Emirates continues to strengthen its connection with sports fans through a wide-ranging sponsorship portfolio. In tennis, the airline supports major ATP and WTA events, including the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, along with all four Grand Slams.
Beyond tennis, Emirates sponsors major global sporting events and teams across horse racing, golf, cricket, sailing, basketball, cycling, and football. The airline’s “Fly Better” branding appears on the jerseys of leading football clubs such as Arsenal FC, Real Madrid CF, AC Milan, Benfica, and Olympique Lyonnais. Emirates is also the title sponsor of The FA Cup and supports several sports initiatives in the UAE.
