Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has officially opened registration for the third edition of the Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Forum, set to take place on 26 and 27 October at Al Khayat Avenue in Al Quoz. Held under the inspiring theme “Passion, Profit, Possibilities”, this year’s event promises to be a dynamic celebration of creativity, innovation, and enterprise.
Recognised as one of the UAE’s leading platforms for creative entrepreneurship, the forum brings together visionary entrepreneurs, artists, designers, chefs, investors, and cultural leaders under one roof. The two-day gathering will explore how creativity and commerce intersect, shaping the future of the region’s thriving creative economy.

The 2025 edition contributes to Dubai’s broader campaign, “The Emirates: The Startup Capital of the World”, and will feature an engaging lineup of keynote talks, strategy panels, hands-on workshops, and live performances. These sessions aim to empower both established and emerging creatives with the tools, insights, and connections needed to grow their ventures.
Participants can expect discussions around culture as capital, placemaking, mentorship, and creative investment, offering practical takeaways for turning ideas into sustainable businesses. The event is designed to strengthen collaboration and inspire new partnerships across the UAE’s cultural and creative industries (CCIs).
A major highlight of the forum is the Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Competition, which attracted over 120 submissions from Dubai’s creative community. From these, seven finalists have been shortlisted to pitch their innovative ideas before a jury of industry experts. The competition features AED 160,000 in prizes — including AED 80,000 for first place, AED 50,000 for second, and AED 30,000 for third — along with valuable in-kind rewards to support project development.
The forum continues to serve as a key driver of Dubai Culture’s vision to nurture creative talent and solidify Dubai’s position as a global capital for culture and innovation. Registration is free of charge and open to all entrepreneurs, startups, and creative professionals eager to explore new opportunities within the region’s growing creative ecosystem.
