Dubai Republic Day 2026: Rohini JLT Serves Tricolour-Inspired Desserts

To mark India’s Republic Day, Rohini at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers has introduced a trio of tricolour-inspired desserts, adding a visual and cultural touch to its dining experience for the long weekend.

Specially curated for Republic Day, the desserts take inspiration from the Indian national flag and traditional sweets. The selection includes Tiranga Kalakand, Pistachio Malai ke Motichur, and Jalebi served with Kesar Rabdi. These desserts are part of Rohini’s Republic Day set menu and are positioned as a highlight of the offering.

Available from January 24 to 26, 2026, the set menu features a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The spread includes starters and mains such as Dahi Bhalla, Zafrani Murgh Tikka, Dal Makhni, Rajasthani Laal Maas, Paneer Methi Malai, and Purani Dilli-style pulao, reflecting a range of well-known Indian flavours.

Located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Rohini is a recognised destination for Indian cuisine in the area. With its Republic Day menu and themed desserts, the restaurant offers diners an option to mark the national occasion over the extended weekend.
