Dubai has launched a special initiative to welcome visitors during the Holy Month of Ramadan. As part of the #RamadanInDubai campaign, travelers arriving at Dubai’s airports and land borders will receive a unique passport stamp featuring the campaign’s logo.
This initiative is being carried out under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council. It is meant to create a warm and festive atmosphere for tourists and residents during this special time.

For the second year in a row, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) is stamping visitors’ passports with the #RamadanInDubai logo. This special design was created by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office. It reflects the city’s unique way of celebrating Ramadan through a mix of cultural, sports, community, and religious activities.
The #RamadanInDubai campaign, now in its second edition, is a joint effort by government, semi-government, and private organizations. It aims to bring the spirit of Ramadan alive throughout the city. The campaign highlights Dubai’s rich traditions, offers a glimpse into Emirati culture, and enhances the experience of both residents and visitors.
With this initiative, Dubai continues to showcase its warm hospitality and vibrant celebrations, making Ramadan a truly memorable time for everyone in the city.
