the Ministry of Culture opened the "Common Ground" festival at Mega Studio in Boulevard City, Riyadh. This festival celebrates Iraqi culture and shows how it connects with Saudi culture.

The event started with an artistic evening and a tribute to Iraqi poet Kareem Al-Iraqi. He is well-known for his important work in art, literature, and culture. The tribute honored his contributions to the creative world.
The first day of the festival had many events that celebrated Iraqi culture. There were discussions and talks about the history of both Iraq and Saudi Arabia. The goal was to help people understand the shared history and culture of the two countries.
The festival will continue until December 31. On Thursday, more activities will take place, including discussions in partnership with the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah). These talks will allow people to learn more about the culture and history of the two countries.
