Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) has shared news about the launch of Madhmoun, the first Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform in Abu Dhabi. This new system will make buying and selling property easier, clearer, and more trustworthy. It will help brokers, builders, and buyers by giving them one place to find real property details.

The word "Madhmoun" means "verified" in Arabic. This means all properties listed on this platform will be checked to make sure they are real and true. The system will stop fake ads and wrong information so that people can trust what they see. It will also update property details in real-time, so users always have the latest news on available homes and buildings.

Rashed Al Omaira, Acting Director General of ADREC, said that Madhmoun will change how people buy and sell property in Abu Dhabi. He said the goal is to bring new ideas, make the process smooth, and build trust in the market. He added that this project will help Abu Dhabi grow as a strong and respected real estate hub in the world. Madhmoun is not an ad website but a tool to make sure all property details are right and useful for people.

One of the best things about Madhmoun is that every home or building listed will be checked properly to make sure all details are correct. This will help buyers and sellers make better choices. The platform will also stop fake property ads, so people don’t waste time on false offers.

Madhmoun will also help connect Abu Dhabi’s property market with buyers from other countries. This means more people around the world will know about real estate in Abu Dhabi, helping the market grow. More foreign investors will also get a chance to find good properties in the city.

Another big advantage of Madhmoun is that it will bring all property listings into one place. This will give sellers 70% more chances to be seen by buyers. Brokers will also find their work easier, as they will be able to close deals faster. The time taken to complete a property deal is expected to be 40% shorter, which will help both buyers and sellers.

Madhmoun is an important step for Abu Dhabi’s real estate market. By making sure listings are real, stopping fake ads, and making the buying process faster, it will help everyone in the property market. This project will make Abu Dhabi one of the best places to invest in real estate.
