UAE President Begins Working Visit to Serbia, Strengthening Ties

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan arrived at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport on a working visit, where he was warmly welcomed by Serbian President His Excellency Aleksandar Vučić and several other officials. This visit marks a significant opportunity to strengthen the diplomatic and economic ties between the United Arab Emirates and Serbia.

Accompanying His Highness is a high-level delegation that includes notable figures such as H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi; H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; and Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Affairs at the Presidential Court. 

Additionally, the delegation features Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology; and Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade. Faisal Abdulaziz Al Bannai, Advisor to the UAE President for Strategic Research and Advanced Technology Affairs; Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi; and Ahmed Al Menhali, the UAE Ambassador to Serbia, are also part of the team, along with several other senior officials.

This working visit emphasizes the UAE’s commitment to fostering closer cooperation with Serbia in various sectors, including trade, investment, and cultural exchange. Both nations look forward to fruitful discussions that will enhance bilateral relations and explore new avenues for collaboration.
