Tabadulat and Minted Connect Join Forces for Shariah Gold

Abu Dhabi, UAE, 24 February 2026: Tabadulat Limited, a UAE-based Shariah-compliant investing and brokerage platform regulated by the ADGM’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), has signed a strategic collaboration with Minted Connect FZCO, a DMCC-authorised company in precious metals and digital assets.

The partnership allows Minted Connect to access physically backed gold Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs) through Tabadulat’s licensed Islamic brokerage infrastructure. This provides Shariah-compliant exposure to gold for institutional investors while leveraging Tabadulat’s regulated trade execution, asset safeguarding, and compliance framework.

Gold has seen a sharp rise in global interest, with prices up about 64% in 2025—the biggest annual gain since 1979. This trend highlights gold’s importance as a strategic store of value and portfolio diversifier, especially in Islamic finance.

Through this collaboration:

• Shariah-Compliant Gold Access: Minted Connect gains regulated access to gold ETCs through Tabadulat’s Islamic brokerage.

• Institutional Execution and Custody: Tabadulat provides segregated custody, trade execution, and reporting under ADGM FSRA regulations.

• Compliance Assurance: The partnership follows Shariah principles, including screening, KYC/AML, and governance aligned with Islamic finance.

• Technical Integration: Both companies will coordinate APIs and systems for secure and scalable trading and settlement.
