On Wednesday, October 2, Ivanka Trump, the former senior advisor to President Trump, was seen actively participating in relief efforts in western North Carolina. She worked alongside several humanitarian organizations, including CityServe, Love & Life, and Mercy Chefs, to provide much-needed assistance to communities devastated by the hurricane.

He credited Donald Trump for alerting him to the specific needs in North Carolina, stating, "Earlier today, @realDonaldTrump alerted me to additional people who need Starlink Internet in North Carolina. We are sending them terminals right away."
