Zabeel Park 30 x 30 Fitness Village

Zabeel Park, a central and accessible location in Dubai, is offering an immersive fitness experience at its newly launched Fitness Village. Designed to cater to all fitness levels, this space includes zones dedicated to running, cycling, and even cricket. In addition to these areas, Zabeel Park also offers specialized classes for children at the Dubai Municipality Kids Gym. Little Lifters, for example, teaches kids aged 6-12 how to safely lift and move objects, while Mini Movers encourages parents and toddlers to enjoy a fun, musical movement class together.

The Fitness Village also offers fitness classes for adults, as well as plenty of opportunities for photo-worthy moments and outdoor fun. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy an array of workout sessions on the main stage, and the park provides a welcoming atmosphere for individuals and families alike.

For those looking for martial arts training, MMA GX provides a unique workout by combining various disciplines, including Kickboxing, Karate, Taekwondo, Jujitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing. This zone helps participants improve both fitness and self-defense skills.

Al Warqa’a Park also offers an exciting Modesh Inflatable for kids and action-packed multi-sport zones for adults. With activities ranging from cycling and football to tennis, basketball, and cricket, there’s no shortage of ways to stay fit and have fun.
