Dubai Chambers has announced that it will hold the Dubai Business Forum – Germany in Hamburg on 20 May 2025. This event is the third international edition of the forum, following successful editions in China and the United Kingdom. The forum aims to create new economic opportunities and attract more foreign direct investment (FDI) from Germany to support the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
The forum is part of Dubai Chambers' ongoing efforts to strengthen economic partnerships and promote Dubai as a leading global business hub. By highlighting the wide range of investment opportunities in Dubai, the event will encourage German companies—including large multinationals and fast-growing startups—to expand their presence in the emirate. The Hamburg Chamber of Commerce will partner with Dubai Chambers for the event, helping to connect German businesses with their Dubai counterparts to boost bilateral trade and investment.

His Excellency Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, expressed his excitement about expanding the forum to Germany. He said, “After the success of our forums in China and the UK, we are eager to bring the Dubai Business Forum to Germany. Dubai offers exceptional growth opportunities for German companies looking to expand in the MEASA region (Middle East, Africa, and South Asia). We are confident this forum will drive stronger collaboration and lead to increased investments, benefiting both Dubai and Germany.”
Hamburg, known as a major center for German trade and innovation, was carefully chosen as the host city for this event. The forum will bring together government officials, business leaders, and industry experts from both Dubai and Germany. It will showcase Dubai’s business-friendly environment, including attractive tax policies, streamlined regulations, and easy access to global markets.
The Dubai Business Forum – Germany will focus on key sectors such as technology, finance, logistics, manufacturing, and sustainability. It will encourage collaboration in areas like AI, advanced manufacturing, smart mobility, and clean energy. The forum will also explore investment opportunities in private equity, venture capital, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, creating new growth prospects for businesses in both regions.
By hosting this forum, Dubai Chambers aims to strengthen strategic partnerships, expand trade relations, and create new investment opportunities both in Dubai and globally. The event is expected to open new doors for business cooperation, trade, and investments between Dubai and major international markets, starting with Germany.
