The Dubai AI Festival is coming back for its second edition in 2025, and it promises to be bigger and better. This major event will take place on April 23 and 24, 2025, at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. It will be part of the first-ever Dubai AI Week, which is being held under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE. The festival aims to highlight Dubai’s growing role as a global leader in artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technology.
Organised by Dubai AI Campus, in partnership with Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the Office of the Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, the festival will focus on how AI is transforming industries. It will bring together top AI experts, investors, and policymakers from around the world to discuss the future of AI and its potential impact on businesses, society, and the economy.

AI is becoming a major driver of global economic growth. According to recent reports, AI is expected to contribute around USD 15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030. The Middle East alone could see a contribution of USD 320 billion. By 2033, the UAE’s AI market is projected to be worth USD 46.33 billion, with the machine learning sector reaching USD 2.41 billion.
Experts predict that by 2026, over 80% of companies will rely on AI-powered decision-making. Dubai is also aiming to strengthen its AI ecosystem. By 2028, the Dubai AI Campus is expected to expand to over 100,000 square feet, host 500+ companies, create more than 3,000 jobs, and attract USD 300 million in investments.
