Ahmed bin Mohammed Joins Saudi Arabia's National Day Reception in Dubai

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, attended a special reception hosted by the Saudi Arabian Consulate General in Dubai at the Hilton Al Habtoor Palace today. This gathering celebrated Saudi Arabia's 94th National Day, marking a significant milestone in the Kingdom's history.

Upon arrival, Sheikh Ahmed was warmly welcomed by His Excellency Abdullah Al Mutawa, the Consul General of Saudi Arabia. During the reception, His Highness conveyed heartfelt greetings and best wishes from the leadership and people of the UAE to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as well as to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, and the people of the Kingdom.

In his remarks, Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed emphasized the deep-rooted and enduring relationship between the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. He underscored the commitment of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, to strengthen ties with the Saudi leadership. His Highness expressed optimism for continued cooperation between the two nations, aiming for a prosperous future for their peoples.

The event was attended by numerous senior UAE officials, dignitaries, and members of Arab and foreign consular missions based in Dubai. Additionally, members of the Saudi community residing in the UAE were present, further highlighting the bonds between the two nations and their peoples.

This reception not only celebrated Saudi Arabia’s National Day but also reinforced the collaborative spirit and shared vision for the future that both countries cherish.
