Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, sent greetings from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the security forces working during Umrah in Ramadan. He thanked them for their hard work in keeping the Grand Mosque in Makkah safe and peaceful for visitors.

The minister visited the Grand Mosque Security Operations Center to check the work of the security forces. During his visit, Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bassami, Director-General of Public Security, gave him a detailed report. The report showed that the security plans for this year's Umrah season had been successful in keeping order and helping pilgrims.
Prince Abdulaziz also saw how modern technology is being used to control crowds at the Grand Mosque. Security teams are using artificial intelligence (AI) and data analysis to help people move easily inside and around the mosque. These smart systems have made it safer and more comfortable for worshippers by reducing overcrowding and making sure that everyone moves smoothly.
During his visit, Prince Abdulaziz praised the security officers for their strong efforts in following the security plan. He asked them to keep working hard and to continue making sure that pilgrims and visitors are safe.
Several high officials and senior officers from the Ministry of Interior and other departments joined the minister on his visit. This shows how important it is to have strong security during Ramadan, when millions of people travel to the Grand Mosque for Umrah and prayers.
