The developer, Vincitore Realty, is changing how people think about luxury living by focusing on "wellness per square foot" instead of just the price. This new way of living will shape the future of Dubai’s real estate, making well-being a priority in how homes are built and lived in.
Vincitore Benessere is located in Arjan, next to the famous Dubai Miracle Garden. The building is designed with a mix of modern and European classic styles, showing off timeless beauty. The project cost AED400 million (about $109 million) and shows the developer’s commitment to creating spaces that help people live better lives.
Last week, Vincitore Benessere had a big opening with important officials, such as Mohammed Ali Al Badwawi, Acting CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and Majid Saqer AlMarri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector, attending at the Dubai Land Department.
Vincitore Realty’s Chairman, Vijay Doshi, shared that Vincitore Benessere is more than just a building; it’s a way to change how people live. He said that every part of the project, from its design to its wellness features, is meant to improve the lives of its residents. "Wellness is at the heart of this vision, and Vincitore Benessere is not just a luxury place to live—it’s a place that helps you feel better every day," he added.
Vincitore Realty’s CEO, Veer Doshi, also shared that the project is like a work of art. It combines modern European design with a new standard for luxurious living.
The building has many different types of homes, from small studios to big three-bedroom apartments. Each home has large windows to bring in natural light, allow fresh air, and reduce noise.
The project also has over 100,000 square feet of top-notch amenities, such as a peaceful lagoon pool, a wellness center, a gym, salt caves, rock waterfalls, and quiet spaces for meditation.
With all these features, Vincitore Benessere shows that Vincitore Realty is serious about changing the way people live in Dubai, putting wellness at the center of luxury living.
