Post by: Bandan Preet

The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) recently held its 60th convocation at the Louis Kahn Plaza. During the event, IIMA Director, Professor Bharat Bhasker, shared some exciting news. He announced that IIMA will open its first-ever international campus in Dubai in September 2025. This will make IIMA the first Indian Institute of Management to expand outside India.

New Centre for Case-Based Learning

At the same event, IIMA also launched the Madan Mohanka Centre of Excellence in Case Method of Learning. This new center is sponsored by industrialist and IIMA alumnus Madan Mohanka, who graduated in 1967. The goal of this center is to strengthen the case study method of teaching, which is widely used in management education.
