UAE Welcomes Gaza Ceasefire Agreement, Calls for Peace

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs shared a message saying that His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, is happy about the of a ceasefire in Gaza. The agreement also included the release of people who had been taken hostage or detained.

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah thanked Qatar, Egypt, and the United States for their help in making this agreement happen. He hopes this will bring an end to the suffering in Gaza and stop more lives from being lost.

He asked both sides to keep their promises in the agreement and ensure the safety of the Palestinian captives and Israeli hostages. Sheikh Abdullah also said this ceasefire should help stop more violence in Gaza and bring peace.

The Minister stressed how important it is to send help to the people in Gaza, who have been facing tough conditions for over 15 months. He said the aid should reach them quickly without any delays.

In his message, Sheikh Abdullah also called on the world to support the peace efforts in the Middle East. He said it’s important to stop actions that hurt peace and to work toward a solution that allows for a Palestinian state to exist alongside Israel.

His Highness reminded everyone of the UAE’s commitment to peace, fairness, and supporting the rights of the Palestinian people. The UAE wants to help find a lasting solution to the conflict.
