Named the "Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence," this comprehensive plan is designed to align with the ambitious goals outlined in Dubai’s economic agenda, known as D33, by injecting Dh100 billion into the economy and boosting economic productivity by 50 percent.
In an announcement made via his official X account, Sheikh Hamdan emphasized the strategic importance of leveraging AI to enhance the quality of life for Dubai's residents. The initial phase of the plan focuses on initiatives to improve public well-being through AI integration across various sectors. This includes the appointment of Chief AI Officers within all government entities, establishment of dedicated AI incubators and campuses, and the introduction of a specialized AI company license.
