Jawad Developments to complete Val Plaza Mall in West Cairo by 2026

Adel Abdel Jawad, the leader of Jawad Developments, shared that the company will start giving out units in Val Plaza Mall, located in West Cairo, by the first quarter of 2026. The project is almost finished, with 80% of the concrete work already done. The last part of the building and finishing work will start in 2025.

Abdel Jawad confirmed that the project is moving forward on time and the company is focused on delivering a high-quality product. Val Plaza Mall will have spaces for shopping, offices, and medical services. Ayman Nawar, the Chief Commercial Officer of Jawad Developments, said the project will cover 6,250 square meters and will have 212 units. Of these, 100 will be shops on the ground and first floors, and 112 will be offices and medical spaces on the second and third floors.

Nawar also mentioned that 20% of the units will be saved for future sale, offering good chances for investment. Sales from the project have already passed EGP 1 billion, and construction work worth EGP 450 million is completed. Jawad Developments has partnered with LG, a well-known company, to add modern systems to the mall.

Besides Val Plaza Mall, Abdel Jawad said the company will soon announce a new residential project in West Cairo. This new project will include both homes and commercial spaces to meet the increasing demand for real estate in Egypt. The official announcement for this new project will happen early this year. The company is also looking at locations in New Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October cities for the new development.

Abdel Jawad mentioned that West Cairo is quickly becoming a popular area for both businesses and residents. The area is well-connected with main roads like the 26th of July Corridor and Wahat Road, making it a great place for investment.

As the area grows, more people and businesses are interested in moving to West Cairo. The area’s modern buildings and good services make it a great place to live and work. Abdel Jawad believes that in the future, West Cairo will be one of the best places to invest, and Jawad Developments is excited to be a part of this progress.
