IMKAN Misr & MQR Join Forces to Redefine Alburouj Business Park Workspaces

IMKAN Misr has joined hands with MQR, a company known for flexible office solutions, to build new modern offices at Alburouj Business Park in New Heliopolis, East Cairo.

Ahmed Aref, CEO of IMKAN Misr, said this partnership will bring modern office spaces with the latest technology to meet the needs of companies and businesses in the area.

Alburouj Business Park is part of the Alburouj development, which is the first fully planned area in New Heliopolis combining homes, schools, parks, offices, and other services. Alburouj covers 5 million square meters and is located near the New Administrative Capital and the International Medical Center. About 80% of the area is green space, offering a peaceful living and working environment.

Muhammed Nagi, CEO of WRK+ (MQR's parent company), explained that their new partnership will meet the growing demand for flexible office spaces. They aim to attract many different professionals and businesses to East Cairo by offering modern and easy office solutions.

MQR will use about 1,465 square meters of space in Alburouj Business Park, which has a total area of 100,000 square meters. The business park has nine buildings with five floors each and will provide services like legal, financial, and administrative support to help companies grow and operate smoothly.

Currently, over 1,200 families live in Alburouj. This new partnership will support the continued expansion of the area and strengthen Alburouj as a hub for modern living and business opportunities.

This project will bring new opportunities for businesses, provide advanced technology, and improve the quality of life for both residents and professionals in East Cairo.
