The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has said that Hajj service contracts need to be finished by February 14, 2025. Hajj offices in different countries must complete these contracts using the Nusuk Masar platform.

The Ministry also gave a step-by-step plan with eight important tasks that must be done. The first task, which is signing contracts, started on October 23, 2024. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah reminded everyone to follow the rules about travel, health, and safety set by Saudi Arabia. These rules are part of an agreement between the Ministry and the Hajj offices in each country.
Once the February 14 deadline passes, no more contracts will be allowed. After that, the number of pilgrims each country can send will be decided. The process of giving out visas will then begin.
The Ministry has also asked the Hajj offices to explain to pilgrims that they need to follow the rules for Hajj. Pilgrims must get their visas and permits through the official channels. They also need to carry their ID cards, like the Nusuk Card, when they arrive in Saudi Arabia. This helps make sure everything goes smoothly during the Hajj.
