Bayern, Barca, Liverpool, Atletico Enter UCL Quarters

The Round of 16 second-leg matches of the UEFA Champions League concluded with four exciting and high-scoring encounters, as Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Liverpool and Atletico Madrid secured their places in the quarter-finals.

Bayern Munich delivered another dominant performance against Atalanta, winning 4-1 in the second leg at the Allianz Arena. After their commanding 6-1 victory in the first leg, the German side progressed comfortably with a massive 10-2 aggregate score.

Barcelona also advanced in style after a convincing 7-2 win over Newcastle United at Camp Nou. The Spanish giants had drawn 1-1 in the first leg but showed complete control in the return fixture, sealing qualification with an 8-3 aggregate score.

Liverpool produced a strong comeback against Galatasaray at Anfield. After trailing from the first leg, the English club secured a 4-0 victory in the second leg, turning the tie around to progress with a 4-1 aggregate score.

Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid advanced despite a 3-2 loss to Tottenham Hotspur in the second leg. Thanks to their 5-2 win in the first leg, the Spanish side held on to claim a 7-5 aggregate victory and book their place in the next round.

All four teams now move into the quarter-finals, keeping their hopes alive for European glory this season.
