Empower signs agreement to provide district cooling for Palm Gateway project

Empower, the world’s largest provider of district cooling services, has announced a new agreement to supply environmentally friendly cooling to the Palm Gateway project in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The cooling system, with a total capacity of 9,470 refrigeration tons (RT), is set to begin operations in the second quarter of 2026. This move supports Dubai's goal to become a more sustainable city by using energy-efficient solutions.

Palm Gateway is a luxurious development that consists of three tall residential towers connected. The towers are designed with a unique architectural style and offer a wide range of modern amenities. These include shopping areas, restaurants, fitness centers, healthcare facilities, and more, making it one of the most lively and comfortable places to live in Dubai.
