Dubai Appoints Almadallah to Manage ‘Enaya’ Health Plan

Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has appointed Almadallah Healthcare Management to manage the government’s unified health insurance programme, ‘Enaya’, effective 1 March 2026.

This move aims to enhance the efficiency of Dubai’s health insurance system and improve service quality to meet international standards, reflecting Dubai’s commitment to advancing healthcare and quality of life.

Through this partnership, ‘Enaya’ will continue providing healthcare benefits to Dubai Government employees, UAE nationals, and their families. The programme allows easy access to healthcare services in government facilities and over 3,500 private service providers across Dubai and other emirates.

The initiative focuses on streamlined procedures, better customer experience, and integration of insurance services. It also emphasizes cost efficiency, digital solutions, and improved performance measurement to ensure sustainable healthcare delivery.

Saleh Sharif, Head of Administration and Client Relations at Almadallah Healthcare Management, said the company is proud to support Dubai’s vision of a comprehensive and reliable healthcare system. He added that Almadallah will deliver efficient, professional, and integrated solutions while maintaining the existing benefits and coverage of all beneficiaries.
