At least three aid workers were killed and four more injured when a drone strike targeted a humanitarian convoy in South Kordofan, Sudan. The attack, attributed to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), hit trucks transporting food and relief supplies as they moved through the Kartala area en route to Kadugli and Dilling, according to the Sudan Doctors Network.
Humanitarian organizations condemned the strike, calling it a deliberate assault on aid workers and a breach of international law, highlighting the growing risks for civilians and relief teams amid Sudan’s ongoing conflict.
