Art Sets Sail to Save the Sea: Art4you Gallery’s “Brushes for the Blue” live art event, curated by Jesno Jackson at Mehromah Art House, Dubai, spotlighted ocean conservation through powerful visual storytelling. Artists painted on wooden boat panels, symbolizing traditional vessels, to depict marine beauty and environmental threats. The event fused creativity and advocacy, raising awareness about plastic pollution and life below water.
I am a young artist in Dubai and an eager enthusiast for the environment. I painted ‘Silent Beauty’ that blended my love for the sea and art to support SDG 14. I painted jellyfish, graceful yet misunderstood, to highlight their role in marine ecosystems. Through this piece, I aimed to raise awareness and inspire action, using creativity as my voice to speak for the ocean’s silent beauty.
