Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the ruler of Sharjah, has made some important changes to the police and military ranks in the emirate. He has introduced two new laws, Law No. (5) of 2025 and Law No. (6) of 2025, which change how the police, security forces, and military personnel are ranked.

The new changes remove two lower ranks in the military, which will help police and military personnel move up the ranks more easily. This change makes it easier for them to advance in their careers and gives them more motivation to work hard.

Officers:

Second Lieutenant

First Lieutenant

Captain

Lieutenant General

Non-Commissioned Officers:

Enlisted Personnel:

These changes are part of Sharjah's efforts to improve its police and military systems, making it easier for people to advance in their jobs. The ruler hopes these new laws will encourage officers and soldiers to continue their important work in keeping Sharjah safe and secure.
