Strong Results from ACRES 2025
The council looked at a full report about the 10th Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition, known as ACRES 2025. The report showed very good results. A total of 2,505 real estate deals were made during the exhibition. The value of these deals reached AED 4.4 billion, which is a big increase compared to past events.
More than 110 real estate companies joined the exhibition, including both local and international firms. The event also welcomed over 15,000 visitors. Around 30 speakers ran training sessions and educational programs to teach people more about the real estate market.
One of the reasons for the success was the Executive Council’s decision to cut sale and purchase fees by 50% for deals made during the event. The report also included numbers from past years to show how much the exhibition has grown and improved.
Sharjah’s Plans for GITEX 2025
The council also looked at the guide for Sharjah Government’s participation in GITEX 2025, a major technology exhibition. The goal is to show new digital ideas that support Sharjah’s move towards more advanced technology and smarter systems.
The projects that will be shown at GITEX 2025 will focus on digital government services, data and artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, smart systems, cybersecurity, and building skills in digital fields.
Sharjah has taken part in GITEX for many years. In the latest edition, Sharjah’s pavilion welcomed more than 28,000 visitors. It also helped connect with over 250 companies, presented 18 top government projects, and led to the signing of four new cooperation agreements.
The council praised the strong efforts made in these events and highlighted how such activities help Sharjah grow in business, technology, and public services.
