US prosecutors have made new accusations against music star Sean "Diddy" Combs. They say he forced his workers to work very long hours and scared them with threats if they did not help in his illegal activities. The new legal document does not add new charges, but it gives more details about what prosecutors call "forced labour."

Combs is already facing serious charges in court, including illegal trafficking, racketeering, and transportation. His trial is set for May 5 in Manhattan. He has said he is not guilty. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said in a statement that Combs strongly denies all the accusations against him.
Prosecutors say that Combs and his team controlled some workers by making them work too much, with little sleep. They claim he used threats of violence, money problems, mental stress, and damage to their reputation to make them do what he wanted. The legal papers say that workers feared losing their jobs or facing harm if they refused to follow his orders.
The prosecutors have told the judge in charge, Arun Subramanian, that they will share more evidence with Combs' lawyers by March 10. They also want Combs to appear in court again for the new accusations on March 14.
Combs' lawyer has said that many of his past workers still support him. He claims that these workers are ready to speak in court about their good experiences working with him and the effort they put into making his businesses successful.
The case against Combs covers events from 2004 to 2024. Many people have also sued him under a 2022 New York City law that allowed victims of gender-based violence to file cases even if too much time had passed. This special law stopped accepting cases at the end of February.
As the court date gets closer, this case is getting more attention. Prosecutors say they have strong evidence, and Combs' team says he is innocent. The trial will decide what really happened.
